canteen day 2009

This morning I went to school with my beloved sister by dad's car.
I wanted to go there earlier to help teacher, who knew we were still late.
When I got school , most of chinese AJK wore chinese society t-shirt.
I was glad as that would be nicer when we did the selling.
Well, I was called to help teacher out.
The bannet was not done yet so Siew Wei and I tried to make it attractive.
Then Siew Wei and I were asked to sell those to teachers.
It was not bad. Some teachers still supported.
Got a teacher said, I'll buy it as you are from 5 Alpha. LOL
Nothing to talk much about the canteen day.

Hin Ting, Me and Hui-EnAfter school, Zhen Yu, Siew Wei, Hui En, Amelia ,my sister and I went to James's house.
Siew Wei and I were the chef who cooked the lunch.
First of all, we cut the onions and chicken.
While we were cutting, there was a PRO chef corrected us. He is Jason's cousin.
Thank for the teaching and sharing as well. =)
Then Siew Wei put some garlic, onions and chicken to fry to make her tomato sauce.
Meanwhile, I was still in process of cutting chicken.
After she was done frying, my turn to make my white sauce.
A little cooking oil was put into a wok to fry garlic, onions and chicken.
All of them were then transferred to another pot.
Some mushroom and 2 pieces if cheese were put into the same pot.
Stirred it till the cheese have melt. Tasted it next.
Add a little of salt and sugar to make it tasty.
Once we have prepared 2 different sauces, water was poured to the wok and heated it up.
Siew Wei then put macarroni into the pot.
After 10 minutes, she has done.
Then my turn to cook the spagetti.
I put 2 spoon of salt into water to make the boiling faster.
Water and spagetti were put into te wok.
The spagetti has done after 13 minutes.
