how to lose weight without dieting?

Today everyone likes to keep fit even if they are already skinny?
Just a reason. We like Beauty! Tell me who don't?? XD

Some ways to keep fit without dieting,

1. Exercise. Why it's most important? Without exercising, you cannot burn your body fat even you eat super duper little!

2) Take fibrous food. It will speed up your digestion and you won't have constipation. Fibrous food keeps you full for long time so that you feel less hungry. And if you have constipation problem, buy few bunchs of bananas home. :)

3) Avoid having junk foods like burger, pizza etc. They can increase your weight. You can have them only once in a week.

4) Drink as much water as you can. I mean plain water. To reduce fat, don't always drink coffee, softdrink, or whatever sweetened.

5) Avoid eating food like potatoes, pasta, fried food etc.
